Inspired by Asian Street Food Culture
Jia is a collection of Southeast Asian street food, presenting food that has been elevated from street food to restaurant, using each country's ingredients as a guideline to develop new dishes, spreading food culture and sharing food experiences from each country.
The new changes that have taken place in Jia are for the better.
Gen and Stella, who have been behind the scenes and taking care of
Jia's kitchen all along, have taken over. Therefore, Jia's food will be more diverse because of their more than 25 years of experience in various cusines in San Francisco.
